1. To ensure the gel is properly cured, place the hand into the LED lamp by following the guides on the button nail plate.
2. The LED lights will be automatically activated after the hand is placed inside.
3. To prolong the time, simply put your hand into the lamp again.
For Manicure Use:
1. To power the Nova LED Lamp, switch the ON/OFF button and check the battery indicator.
2. The battery indicator should be blue to signify that it is charged and working.
3. If the indicator is blinking, the LED lamp needs to be charged.
4. There are four touch mode buttons - MODE, 30s, 60s, and 90s (with upswing feature). The 90s upswing gradually builds up from dim to bright to minimize heat spikes:
90-15s — 100% power
14-10s — 90% power
9-1s — 80% power
5. Press the MODE button to change the LED light settings. The timer settings only work for Pink or Blue LED light modes.
PINK:
1. Mix blue and red LED lights to reduce the chance of UV/LED light exposure on skin.
2. Only the nail tips will be exposed to blue LED light, while the rest of the hand is exposed to red LED light.
3. Cures gel as strongly and efficiently as blue LED light.
RED:
1. No curing function at all.
2. For red-light therapy (RLT) with brightening effects for hands and feet. Need to treat your hands and feet for 20 minutes for effective results.
3. Caution: Those with skin cancer need to consult medical professionals first.
4. Results are best seen after regular usage of the red light therapy.
BLUE:
1. Curing function only, with two different blue LED light bulbs and wavelengths that can cure both gel and UV gel.
2. Press the timer setting you want for Pink or Blue LED light mode.
For Pedicure Use:
1. To use the Nova LED Lamp in pedicure mode, remove the bottom nail plate and pull out the hidden legs from both sides to elevate the lamp, then place your foot into the lamp.
2. Use the MODE and timer button settings as instructed for manicure use.
Caution!
1. Do not touch the lamp with wet hands, it may cause an electric shock.
2. To avoid damaging your eyes, do not look directly at the 3. LED light bulbs when the lamp is turned on.
4. Unplug the Nova LED Lamp once it has completed charging to reduce the risk of overheating or creating other electrical issues.
5. To clean, gently wipe with alcohol only.
6. For safety and optimal battery performance, please only use the supplied charger when charging the device.
